Community Action Agency assists Ottawa County Medicaid-eliglble clients navigate the Medicaid health care system. CAA provides the clients with information on available Ottawa County Medicaid health plans.
CAA will enroll them in the Ottawa County health plan of their choice and help those clients find a primary physician taking Ottawa County Medicaid Medicaid health plans.
